Terms of Use

DeYon Gym provides gym membership access, QR check-in and check-out, attendance tracking, member account management, and staff/admin tools.

Membership

Members must keep account details accurate. Membership access depends on the plan status recorded by gym staff or admin.

Payments

Payments are made in person at reception. The app records payment information for gym administration. The app does not process online or in-app payments.

QR Access

Members use QR scanning to check in and check out. QR access is for the registered member only.

Staff and Admin

Staff and admin accounts are used to manage members, plans, attendance, payments, and reports. Staff must use the system responsibly.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion from the Profile screen or by contacting support.
