Terms of Use
DeYon Gym provides gym membership access, QR check-in and check-out, attendance records, member account management, and staff/admin tools.
Membership
Members must keep account details accurate. Membership access depends on the plan status recorded by gym staff or admin.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping login details private. Users must not share accounts, misuse QR access, or use another member’s account.
QR Access
Members use QR scanning to check in and check out. QR access is for the registered member only. Staff or admin may review attendance records for gym operation and safety.
Payments
Payments are made in person at reception. The app records payment information for gym administration. The app does not process online or in-app payments.
Refunds and Payment Questions
Refunds, billing questions, and membership payment issues are handled directly at gym reception or through support.
Staff and Admin
Staff and admin accounts are used to manage members, plans, attendance, payments, reports, and gym activity. Staff must use the system responsibly and only for gym operations.
Suspension or Removal
DeYon Gym may suspend or remove access when an account is misused, membership expires, records are inaccurate, or gym rules are violated.
Service Availability
DeYon Gym aims to keep the app and website available. Service may be interrupted during maintenance, network issues, hosting issues, or system updates.
Account Deletion
Users can request account deletion from the Profile screen or by contacting support.
