Account Access
Contact support if you cannot log in, forgot your password, changed your email, or need help accessing your account.
Membership Support
Contact support or reception for membership status, plan changes, expired access, renewal questions, or account corrections.
Payments
Membership payments are handled in person at reception. The app records payment information for gym administration. The app does not process online payments or in-app payments.
QR Check-in Help
Contact support if QR scanning fails, check-in or check-out records look wrong, or your active membership does not allow access.
Account Deletion and Privacy Requests
Users can request account deletion inside the app from the Profile screen. You may also email support for account deletion or privacy requests.
Response Time
Support requests are reviewed as soon as possible. Urgent membership access issues should also be handled directly at gym reception.
