Camera Use

The camera is used only for QR scanning inside the gym. DeYon Gym does not use the camera for advertising, tracking, photo library access, or unrelated purposes.

How We Use Data

• To create and manage member accounts.
• To confirm active membership access.
• To record check-in and check-out activity.
• To help staff and admin manage gym operations.
• To provide support and respond to user requests.

Payments

Membership payments are handled in person at reception. The app does not process online payments or in-app payments.

Service Providers

DeYon Gym uses trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, app distribution, and system operation. These providers process data only to support app functionality.

Data Retention

We keep account, membership, attendance, and payment records while the account is active or while needed for gym administration, accounting, legal compliance, security, or support.

Data Security

DeYon Gym uses access controls and secure service providers to protect account and gym records. Staff and admin access is limited to operational use.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion inside the app from the Profile screen. Users can also contact support for privacy requests.
