DeYon Gym uses personal data to manage gym membership, account access, attendance, payments recorded at reception, support, safety, and legal compliance.

Data We Collect

• Name, email address, and optional phone number.
• Membership status, plan details, member number, and account records.
• QR check-in and check-out attendance records.
• In-gym payment records created by staff or admin.
• Support messages and account deletion requests.

Camera Use

The camera is used only for QR scanning inside the gym. DeYon Gym does not use the camera for advertising, tracking, or photo library access.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No location tracking.
• No contacts access.
• No health data collection.
• No microphone access.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No QR photo library access.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion inside the app from the Profile screen. You can also contact support for privacy requests.
